Contacting us does not by itself establish an NDA, a confidential relationship, or a services agreement. Share only a non-confidential outline of your idea until we have arranged appropriate protections. Do not send trade secrets, credentials, regulated data, or another person's confidential information through this website. Personal information you submit is handled as described in our privacy policy.

Ownership of project work

You retain the rights you already hold in materials you provide. Ownership or licensing of newly created deliverables, and any conditions for transfer, must be specified in the written engagement agreement. Pre-existing tools, open-source components, third-party services, and licensed assets remain subject to their applicable rights and licenses.

AI-assisted development does not guarantee that every output is original, exclusive, non-infringing, or eligible for copyright protection. The parties should agree on permitted tools, review, licensing, and intellectual-property responsibilities before work begins.

Results and website availability

Product examples illustrate our own work; they do not guarantee the same results for another business. We do not promise funding, revenue, investment returns, search rankings, regulatory approval, App Store acceptance, or uninterrupted availability. Information may change or contain errors. Confirm important details with us before relying on them for a business decision.
