Information you provide

When you submit a project inquiry, we receive your name, email address, service interest, and message. We use these details to respond and discuss potential work. Our support form prepares an email in your email app; sending that email shares its contents and contact details with us.

Please send only a non-confidential summary. Do not submit passwords, trade secrets, financial account details, or other sensitive personal information through the inquiry form. This website does not provide customer accounts or process payments.

Hosting and delivery providers

Vercel hosts the site and processes requests, including technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser information, and operational or security logs. Resend processes submitted inquiry details to deliver email to our team. Our receiving email service uses Mailgun; correspondence may also be processed by the mailbox services used by our team.

These hosting, email, and security providers process information to operate the site, deliver messages, and maintain reliability. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims. Provider processing may take place in the United States or other locations where they operate.

Optional analytics and cookies

Google Analytics is off until you select Accept analytics. If accepted, Google processes usage information such as visited pages, device and browser information, approximate location, and interactions. We use this to understand and improve the site. Our custom analytics events do not include inquiry message contents or your email address.

We configure this tag with advertising storage, advertising personalization, and Google Signals disabled. Google may process information under its own policies; see Google's privacy policy. Other sites you choose to visit may collect information under their own policies. We do not activate our Google Analytics tag when you reject analytics.

Use Cookie preferences at the bottom of any page to accept, reject, or withdraw your choice. Accept and reject are equally available. Your choice is stored in this browser's local storage for 180 days. Withdrawal stops our analytics tag and attempts to remove its first-party cookies; it does not undo information already processed. Choices apply separately to each browser and domain.

Browser privacy signals

When your browser exposes Global Privacy Control or a Do Not Track value of 1, this site keeps its optional analytics off even if you previously accepted. These controls do not prevent hosting requests or messages that you choose to send. You can also use browser settings to clear cookies and local storage.

We do not enable cross-context advertising through this website's analytics configuration. Third-party services you visit through our links may track activity across their own services; consult their notices and controls.

Retention and privacy requests

Inquiry messages are delivered to our business email systems. This website has no automatic mailbox-deletion schedule; emails may remain until deleted through those systems. Hosting, email delivery, and analytics services also retain information according to their settings and applicable policies. Clearing browser data does not delete server logs or delivered emails.

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided. We may need to verify your identity and clarify the request. Availability and scope of rights depend on applicable law; some information may need to be retained for an ongoing engagement, security, recordkeeping, or legal obligations. Do not send identity documents unless we arrange a suitable process with you.

Children and security

This company website and project inquiry service are intended for business inquiries, not for children under 13. Please contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information so we can review and address it. Linked games require a separate review of their own privacy practices.

We use HTTPS and keep the inquiry email credential on the server. No transmission or storage system is completely secure. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

Policy changes

We post revised policies here with a new effective date. For material changes, we will also place a prominent notice on the website describing the change and, where required, seek consent before applying it. This update introduces opt-in analytics controls and expands the description of our inquiry and email processing.
