Game Center sign-in and invitations
Check that Game Center is signed in under iPhone or iPad Settings, and that both players have internet access and the latest BrAIn version. Each device needs a different Game Center account for a two-player match. Check Screen Time restrictions if multiplayer or invitations are unavailable. Reopen BrAIn, then try Multiplayer again. Beat My Score is a turn-based challenge, so players do not need to be online together.
If sign-in remains stuck, send us the app version, iOS version, and the last screen you reached. Never send your Apple password or verification code.
Saved progress and puzzle choices
Solo progress is stored on the device. Daily, Mini, and Full crosswords have different puzzle selections. Beat the Link also keeps separate progress for each language and difficulty. Changing a mode can therefore show a different saved puzzle. Game Center rankings are separate from local puzzle saves. Do not delete the app to troubleshoot missing progress without first contacting us; unsynced local progress may be lost.
Languages and content coverage
Choose the language from the home screen. BrAIn offers 18 language and script modes, including simplified and traditional Chinese, Cantonese, and pinyin. Coverage varies: city clues and facts are in English and Persian; club quizzes are in English, German, and Persian. Other interface languages use marked English clues for those packs. Beat the Link includes 72 puzzles in total, four per language mode, split between Easy and Hard.
Offline play
Solo puzzles and bundled travel content work offline. Game Center invitations, challenges, leaderboard synchronization, and external links require an internet connection. Answer pronunciation depends on an available device voice for the selected language.
Accessibility
Games include text and symbol cues so color is not the only indicator. Read the BrAIn accessibility guide for available controls and known limitations. Tell us which screen or action needs attention; medical information is not needed.
Report a question or a bug
Use the question-report control when available, or email info@ideaascode.com. Include the game mode, language, question, expected behavior, actual behavior, app version, device model, and iOS version. A screenshot is helpful, but crop out names, messages, and other private information first. Your email app lets you review the message before sending.
